The Hollingsworth Companies built-to-suit solution for Hanon Systems is an accelerated construction for a 195,000 SF industrial facility. Working closely with Varco Pruden on a pre-engineered metal building, The Hollingsworth Companies has been able to accelerate the total development schedule by six months, a challenging task in the current market with inconsistent supply chain deliveries. The facility will include reinforced concrete floors, cross docks, a bridge crane, and air conditioning to support their manufacturing operations.
The second facility leased to Hanon Systems in Huntington Park is a virtually complete 195,360 SF due to deliver in January 2024. This facility is one of our standard design industrial buildings with additional upfits to include additional parking, office space, and electrical build out to support their manufacturing operations.
