Trey Hollingsworth launched Hollingsworth Capital Partners shortly after graduating from the Wharton School of Business. With a sharp focus on industrial real estate and redevelopment, he led the acquisition and repositioning of more than two dozen distribution and manufacturing facilities across the country—many of them legacy assets in need of reinvestment.

His approach combined financial discipline with hands-on execution to deliver lasting outcomes for tenants and communities alike. In addition to his work in private investment, Trey served in the U.S. House of Representatives, bringing national-level economic perspective to his business acumen.
