The Hollingsworth Companies is in the process of completing two new industrial buildings in Mocksville, NC. These include a 130,492 SF facility and a 152,241 SF facility. Mocksville is in the Piedmont Triad MSA along I-40 between Winston-Salem and Statesville, NC. The facilities are being developed for single tenant users, with a 32’ clear height, 60’ x 60’ column spacing, ESFR fire protection, LED lighting, and 30,000# pit style levelers as standard features. Both facilities will be available for long-term lease by light manufacturing or distribution tenants.

With twelve single tenant buildings covering 1.3 million SF, the SouthPoint Mocksville industrial park is one of the largest semi-rural industrial parks in the Southern United States.
